The momentum showed up for day traders today with EKSO, APVO and late movement with PHCF! All of these stocks had ultra low float under 5 Million. Hint… Hint… (-; We even had some late movement on PIXY. I noticed this stock has been hitting the scanner over the last few days. The float is under one million @ 316K and it’s a former runner. I picked up small size at 1:54 PM CST in the event we have a gap up tomorrow.

EKSO starting moving at 7:45 AM CST from $3.50 pre-market and hit $5.95 before the bell. There was a little bit of a flush and then a push to $6.90. We saw a fade and stabilization at 10:00 AM CST from $5.34 and then a surge with volume to $8.11. There was a final pullback and then another surge to the high of day at $8.76.

APVO was full of volatility all day long that started pre-market with the gap. A previous day closing price of $5.75 and a move today to $11.73. This stock was another day traders dream with constant nice surges and even opportunity after hours.

The 3rd leading gap up @ 41.8%. There was a 0.65 spike at 6:00 AM CST and then a selloff. And then another weaker 0.50 move to $6.13 and then a sharper selloff to $4.04.

That was followed up with a $1.00 spike as traders had to pick a number with EKSO, APVO and PHCF. At 11:00 AM CST some momentum and volume began to the upside with a $1.50 move. The stock would now stay positive and above VWAP.

Late movement began from $5.25 @ 2:38 PM CST to a high of day @ $7.84. PHCF reamins to trade above VWAP after hours and is not fading.
